Bella Sky Conference & Event is part of Bellagroup and covered by the SKI framework agreement.
This means we can offer both meeting packages and accommodation at advantageous rates for the Danish public sector.
All meeting packages include room rental, standard AV equipment and high-quality catering – and if you wish to combine your meeting or conference with an overnight stay, we offer modern rooms directly connected to the conference facilities.

Framework agreement 16.07 (2025) has six standard meeting packages. Each package includes a plenary room, specified AV and IT equipment, technical support and a conference coordinator. Catering depends on the selected package. Accommodation, break-out rooms and other services can be selected as additions under the current framework terms.
The six meeting durations
The packages are defined by maximum meeting time. Prices and all current terms are available in SKI's current agreement documents and conference application.

up to 2 hours, short meeting.

up to 4 hours, half day.

up to 8 hours, full day.

up to 9 hours in the plenary room, full day followed by dinner.

up to 24 hours, overnight package.

up to 28 hours, one-and-a-half-day package.
