Bella Sky Conference & Event is a venue for company events in Copenhagen, company parties, receptions, summer parties and Christmas parties. The building's Aurora Ballroom is 320 m² and seats up to 315 guests in theatre style, and the room can be split in two. Food and drink are provided by the building's four restaurants, there are 811 hotel rooms for accommodation, and the venue is in Ørestad close to the metro and Copenhagen Airport.

The setting for your celebration

A good company event needs a room with both space and atmosphere. As an example, the Aurora Ballroom at 320 m² seats up to 315 guests in theatre style, or up to 160 for a seated dinner, and can be split in two if you are a smaller group. The name refers to the northern lights, the room is shaped around your event, whether it is a standing reception, a seated dinner or a party with dancing.

You don't have to coordinate external suppliers. The food comes from the building's own restaurants and kitchens, and we put the menu and drinks together to suit the occasion, from a reception with snacks to a multi-course dinner. For something special, we can elevate the experience with, for example, dinner at SUKAIBA, Denmark's best hotel restaurant 2025, 76 metres above the city.

When the party ends, the bed is close by

No one has to worry about getting home. With 811 rooms in AC Hotel Bella Sky, guests can stay in the same building, and breakfast is waiting the next day. That makes Christmas parties and summer parties in particular easier for everyone to say yes to.

In Ørestad there is a metro station (Bella Center) nearby and a short distance to the motorway and airport, so colleagues can easily get to and from, including those coming from other cities or departments.

We have 48 meeting rooms in varying sizes — from small meeting rooms to large rooms. We recommend the right room based on the number of attendees and the setup.

Can you set up the room to fit our needs?

Yes. We arrange to fit the programme — horseshoe, classroom, round tables, theatre or other — and can add break-out rooms if you need them.

Is there technology and wifi in the rooms?

Yes, there is AV in the meeting rooms and free wifi throughout the building.

Can we add catering and accommodation?

Yes. Catering comes from the building's restaurants, and attendees can stay in AC Hotel Bella Sky's 811 rooms. We can combine it all in one meeting package.
